Today, the person-centered approach to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases is highly welcomed by specialists. This is especially useful in the treatment of various types of cancer.
Our colleagues at the Comprehensive Center of Genetics are by your side to carry out a genetic examination of 2855 mutations that can be used for diagnosis and treatment in 50 known cancer-causing genes and tumor suppressor genes, as well as genetic examination of structural mutations in more than 400 known cancer genes and tumor suppressor gene, to provide the most comprehensive information possible in this field to respected experts.
Also, the possibility of identifying new mutations in target genes, the possibility of examining paraffin-embedded cancer samples (FFPE) and the possibility of examining with very small amounts of DNA and RNA (up to 10 nanograms) have been provided in this laboratory.
It should be noted that all the mentioned mutations in 161 genes related to cancer are checked in the following service package:
- Point mutations
- Copy Number Variations
- Gene Fusions
Colleagues who intend to send samples in this regard, please coordinate with our colleagues at the Comprehensive Genetics Center before sending the samples
